Reviewers consistently praise her friendly crew, easy-to-navigate layout, cleanliness, the quality of her recent refurbishments, and strong specialty dining at the Steakhouse and the Chef's Table. The most consistent complaints are her age showing through despite the refits, buffet crowding, slow or inconsistent main-dining-room service on some sailings, missing small complimentary touches other ships include (like doughnuts or pizza by the slice), and aggressive chair-hogging on the adults-only Serenity deck.
