The Castaway Club is Disney Cruise Line's loyalty program. It's a simple, sailings-based program with no points to track and no expiration — your tier is based purely on how many Disney cruises you've completed, and it never lapses. There is no status matching in either direction: Disney doesn't match status from other lines, and no cruise family includes Disney.
How you earn status
Membership is automatic after your first completed Disney cruise. Tiers advance by the number of sailings you've completed — each cruise counts as one, regardless of length or stateroom.

- One complimentary dinner experience at Palo, Palo Steakhouse, or Palo Trattoria per stateroom, per sailing. Guests in the same stateroom may participate, but the eligible member must attend, and charges above the prix-fixe value plus gratuities remain the guest's responsibility

None. Disney does not match status from any other cruise line, and no line's family includes Disney. Note that some competitors — MSC in particular — will match your Disney status into their own programs, which is worth using if you branch out to other lines.
Your tier decides the day your booking window opens — and on some ships that window is the whole ballgame. The nursery, Palò, Remy and Alaska shore excursions all open on it.
