These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of seaboundjourneys.com (the "Site"), operated by Seabound Journeys ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

Seabound Journeys is a travel-content and travel-advisory business. The Site publishes editorial guides, ship and cabin information, dining and entertainment coverage, insurance comparisons, calculators, and other planning tools, and also supports a travel-advisor business through which we help plan and book trips.
The Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing on it constitutes legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice, and nothing on it should be treated as a substitute for reviewing the actual terms, policies, and documentation provided by the relevant cruise line, insurer, tour operator, or other supplier before making a decision.
03 Editorial Content, Calculators & Fit Tools
The Site includes proprietary scoring and comparison systems — including tools like Cabin Fit, Dining Fit, Entertainment Fit, Ship Fit, and Travel Insurance Fit, along with calculators and value evaluators. These reflect our editorial judgment, described in our Editorial Standards, applied to information available to us at the time of publication or calculation. They provide guidance and estimates, not guarantees — final decisions about any trip, purchase, or policy are yours, and should be made after reviewing the supplier's own current terms.
04 Travel Decisions & Third-Party Suppliers
Travel products and services are subject to the applicable supplier's terms and conditions. Seabound Journeys does not control supplier operations, schedule changes, availability, claim decisions, or other actions of independent suppliers.
05 Accuracy, Prices & Availability
We work to keep information on the Site accurate and current. Even so, prices, availability, itineraries, deck plans, menus, entertainment lineups, and insurance terms change, sometimes without notice from the supplier. We don't guarantee that any information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free at the moment you're reading it. Always confirm final details directly with the relevant supplier before booking or purchasing.

You may not, without our prior written permission, reproduce or redistribute our content, scores, or data at scale; scrape or use automated tools to extract content or data from the Site, except for standard, well-behaved search engine indexing; or use our name, logos, or branding in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that doesn't exist.
08 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through excessive automated requests; transmit a virus, malware, or other harmful code; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Site's contact forms to send spam or fraudulent inquiries.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, as Seabound Journeys is based and operates in Florida.
