Getting here, and on to the ship

By our map estimate Pera Palace is about 32.9 km from Istanbul Airport in a straight line, and about 850 m from the Galataport terminal. Every question mark below is a ride you book yourself.

From IST without a hotel shuttle

Cunard puts Istanbul Airport about 40 km and roughly 40 minutes from the terminal; Guided Istanbul Tours says about 45 km and 40 to 50 minutes by taxi. Istanbul’s July 2026 meter tariff is 71.94 lira to start and 47.92 lira a km, per Habertürk, so by our arithmetic the meter runs to about 2,000 to 2,250 lira before any tolls. Havaist’s Sultanahmet line is 470 lira, per Havaist. The airport page has the fares.
