Why this page reads differently from the others
At every other Florida port we cover, official parking has a hard daily maximum tight enough that off-site lots are worth comparison shopping. JAXPORT doesn't fit that shape — its rate is lower, fully confirmed, and its own site describes the lot as uncrowded. That changes which of the usual three options is actually worth your time.

- Shuttle: none needed — parking sits immediately adjacent to the terminal, a short walk to check-in.
- Accessible parking: complimentary for vehicles meeting specific Florida statutory criteria (specialized adaptive equipment, or a qualifying disabled-veteran, toll-exemption, or transportation permit). A standard disabled placard alone does not qualify.
- Security: the lot is open, unassigned, well-lit, and monitored by JAXPORT security 24/7, per the port's own site.

This is the cleanest official-parking case we've documented across five Florida ports — a full rate table, both standard and oversized figures, confirmed directly, with no hedge language needed. The one real change to plan around: don't count on prepaying and reserving a specific spot the way you might elsewhere. Walk up, park, and pay by card.
Off-site parking
We didn't independently research off-site operators for this port. That's a deliberate choice, not an oversight: at Miami, Port Everglades, and Tampa, official parking runs into a hard daily maximum tight enough to make a lower off-site rate genuinely worth chasing. At $17 per day, with parking immediately beside the terminal and JAXPORT describing parking availability as ample, official parking is unusually compelling here — there's less to gain by shopping around, and less risk of showing up to a full lot if you don't.

Hotel park-and-cruise
A park-and-cruise package bundles a pre-cruise hotel night with parking for the length of your trip, usually with a shuttle to the port included. It solves two problems in one booking if you're flying into JAX the day before anyway — which is often the right call regardless, so you're not racing a flight delay against an embarkation deadline.
We've now checked 39 hotels one by one, and here's the honest shape of it: at Jacksonville, the port's own lot is hard to beat. Two airport hotels publish a leave-the-car rate. Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville Airport charges $10 a day once you're no longer a guest, and Fairfield Inn Jacksonville Airport charges $10 a night after check-out. That's $7 a night under the port's $17, and neither runs a shuttle to the ship, so a cab both ways eats most of the saving.
